You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By uploading any portrait, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Service Description and Delivery Policy (Fulfillment)

Burning Bridges AI provides an automated neural generative video synthesis platform that places user-uploaded portrait photos into a cinematic 20-second celebration sequence inspired by the viral Drake party aesthetic:

  • Input: You provide a single frontal portrait photograph (JPEG, PNG, or WEBP up to 15MB).
  • Processing Time: Video generations are queued on dedicated high-performance GPU clusters. Typical processing takes approximately 8 to 15 minutes depending on queue volume.
  • Fulfillment & Delivery: Once rendering is completed, a confirmation email containing a secure retrieval link is dispatched to the email address provided at checkout. You may also view and download your videos anytime via the Order Lookup portal using your order ticket number (BB-...).

  3. No Model Training: We never use your uploaded photos, facial geometry, or generated videos to train, fine-tune, or improve foundation neural network models.
  4. Third-Party Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to upload the photo. You must not upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.

5. 30-Day Automatic Data Purge Policy

We operate under strict data minimization and privacy-first principles:

  • All uploaded source photographs and all rendered output MP4 video files are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our cloud storage clusters 30 days after generation.
  • Users are strongly advised to download and locally save their video files upon receiving delivery.

6. AI Content Acceptable Use Policy & Content Safety

Burning Bridges AI strictly enforces an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to maintain safety, protect individuals, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  5. Fraud, Identity Theft & Unlawful Activity: Materials created for phishing, forged credentials, deceptive commercial practices, financial scams, or election interference.
  6. Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading copyrighted studio assets, proprietary trademarks, or private photographs without authorization.

Every generative and safety capability on our platform is paired with its verified upstream artificial intelligence model:

  • Zero Recurring Subscriptions: We do not charge recurring monthly or annual subscription fees. You will never be billed automatically without explicit user authorization.
  • Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through authorized and secure global payment gateways (such as Waffo and Stripe). Burning Bridges AI never stores full credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

8. Refunds and Customer Satisfaction
