Acceptable Use Policy, prohibited content categories, content moderation workflows, reporting channels, and underlying AI model disclosures for Burning Bridges AI.

Last updated: 2026-10-14

1. Overview and Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy" or "AUP") governs all access to and use of Burning Bridges AI at https://burning-bridges-ai.video (the "Service"), including photo uploads, synthetic video generation, downloads, and customer communications.

Burning Bridges AI provides an automated neural generative video synthesis platform designed exclusively for lighthearted, consensual personal entertainment and creative parody. To ensure strict compliance with global digital safety standards and payment network rules, this Policy defines our zero-tolerance prohibited content categories, automated content moderation procedures, user reporting mechanisms, and underlying AI model disclosures.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy in full, which forms an integral and enforceable part of our Terms of Service.

To prevent harm and mitigate AIGC compliance risks, Burning Bridges AI explicitly prohibits the following categories of content. These prohibitions are enforced strictly and individually:

3.1. Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child-Unsafe Content

  • Explicit Zero Tolerance: Any creation, upload, generation, processing, possession, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming imagery, or any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts minors (individuals under 18 years of age) in an inappropriate or suggestive manner is strictly prohibited.
  • Immediate Enforcement: Any attempt to submit child-unsafe content triggers an immediate, permanent ban, irreversible asset deletion, and mandatory immediate reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement agencies.

3.2. Zero Tolerance: Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) & Impersonation Deepfakes

  • Explicit Zero Tolerance: You may NOT generate or attempt to generate:
    • Non-consensual deepfakes, synthetic sexual or nude imagery, or sexually suggestive depictions of any real person.
    • Likeness replacements of any third party without their verified, affirmative prior written consent.
    • Celebrity, public figure, or political impersonations designed to deceive, defame, harass, blackmail, or extort.
    • Deceptive media representing real individuals endorsing commercial products, participating in unlawful acts, or expressing viewpoints they did not author.

3.3. Violence, Hate Speech, and Dangerous Activities

You may NOT upload or generate content that:

  • Depicts or promotes extreme violence, gore, mutilation, blood, animal abuse, or physical harm.
  • Depicts or encourages suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
  • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, dehumanization, or harassment against protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
  • Promotes, incites, or facilitates acts of terrorism, violent extremism, weapons manufacturing, or organized crime.

3.4. Fraud, Deception, and Illegal Exploitation

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Facilitate phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, forged credentials, or deceptive marketing schemes.
  • Disseminate malicious disinformation intended to manipulate elections, legal proceedings, or emergency public health situations.
  • Circumvent or attempt to tamper with security controls, rate limiters, or automated safety screening systems.

[Encrypted R2 Storage & GPU Synthesis]

4.1. Pre-Upload and Pre-Dispatch Interception

  • Every user photo uploaded via /api/video-orders/$id/photos is screened by our multi-layer filter before permanent storage or GPU dispatch.
  • If an input violates any policy threshold, the request is immediately blocked with an HTTP 400 error, the upload is discarded, and no video generation task is scheduled.

4.2. Immutable Audit Logging

  • Every moderation check records a cryptographic record in our internal database table (generation_audit & moderation_log), documenting timestamp, pipeline step results, gate statuses, and violation codes.
  • Administrators inspect real-time platform compliance trends and review flagged requests through our dedicated /admin/ai-monitor observability portal.

4.3. 30-Day Automated Privacy Purge

  • In accordance with our data minimization principles, all uploaded source portraits and delivered video files are permanently and irreversibly purged from Cloudflare R2 storage 30 days after generation.

5. User Reporting Channel and Complaint Handling Mechanism

We maintain an active, human-monitored compliance reporting workflow to quickly address any suspected misuse, non-consensual content, or rights infringement:

5.1. Reporting Channels

If you believe content generated or hosted by Burning Bridges AI violates this Policy, your privacy rights, or applicable laws, you may submit an urgent report via:

  • Official Compliance & Support Email: support@burning-bridges-ai.video
  • Required Report Information:
    1. Your full name and contact email.
    2. The specific URL or order identification number (BB-...) of the disputed material.
    3. A clear description of the alleged violation (e.g., CSAM, non-consensual likeness, copyright infringement).
    4. Sufficient evidence of identity or authority (if reporting unauthorized likeness or copyright).

5.2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Handling Workflow

  • Initial Acknowledgement: Every report receives automated confirmation and initial human triage within 4 hours.
  • Emergency Takedowns (CSAM & NCII):
    • Reports involving suspected child-unsafe content or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as P0 critical emergencies.
    • Review and permanent removal from our edge servers is executed within 2 hours of report receipt.
    • Offending accounts are permanently banned, and legal reporting to NCMEC or law enforcement is completed promptly.
  • General Abuse & Copyright (DMCA): Reviewed, investigated, and acted upon within 24 business hours. Content found in violation is permanently taken down.
  • Appeals Process: Users whose content was blocked due to an automated false positive may email support@burning-bridges-ai.video with their order number within 14 days to request manual human re-evaluation.

6. Enforcement Measures and Account Termination

Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service. Burning Bridges AI reserves the right to take the following enforcement actions at its sole discretion:

  1. Immediate Rejection: Blocking uploads or prompts that fail automated safety filters.
  2. Asset Purging: Immediate, permanent deletion of offending media files from cloud storage.
  3. No Refunds: Orders terminated for AUP violations forfeit all associated fees to cover compliance investigation and operational costs.
  4. Permanent Disqualification: Permanent blacklisting of associated email addresses, IP subnets, and payment accounts.
  5. Law Enforcement Escalation: Reporting serious criminal activities (specifically CSAM, cyber extortion, and terroristic threats) to domestic and international authorities.

7. Policy Modifications

We review and update this Policy periodically to adapt to evolving legal frameworks, payment brand standards, and AI safety practices. Updates take effect immediately upon publication, reflected in the "Last Updated" timestamp above.
