  • All uploaded portrait files and all generated 16:9 and 9:16 video outputs are automatically, permanently, and irreversibly deleted from cloud servers 30 days following generation.
  • After 30 days, files cannot be recovered. We urge all users to download their video assets promptly upon receiving delivery.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We share minimal data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • GPU Compute & Cloud Infrastructure: Cloudflare (edge routing and security) and dedicated high-performance GPU rendering nodes for neural inference.
  • Payment Gateways: Licensed global payment processors (including Waffo and Stripe) for secure checkout and fraud prevention.
  • Email Delivery Providers: Transactional email infrastructure to dispatch order delivery notifications.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, subpoena, or lawful government order.
